Here is brief review of our pick of 5  genuinely different stories rather than five similar curry restaurants: street and railway food → established Indian dining → vegetarian street food and dosas → neighbourhood Indian cooking → Sri Lankan and South Indian heritage.

Patri Northfields - Indian Street Food Restaurant and Bar
Patri brings the energy of Indian street and railway food to Northfields. Expect colourful chaats, tandoor cooking, butter chicken and slow-cooked dal makhani, with a concept inspired by India’s streets and train journeys. A lively place to start our Ealing Indian food tour.
Address: 139 Northfields Avenue, London W13 9QT

Laguna Restaurant & Events
An Ealing institution dating back to 1984, Laguna offers a more traditional fine-dining experience, with cooking influenced by different regions of India. Its Sunday buffet and Indian-style afternoon tea make it particularly distinctive.
Address: 123 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W13 9BD

Spiice 8

Dosa , Chaats and Street food
Spiice 8 is our vegetarian stop, specialising in Indian street food including pani puri, vada pav, pav bhaji and freshly prepared South Indian dosas. It brings a casual, colourful contrast to the more traditional restaurants in the episode.
Address: 40 South Ealing Road, London W5 4QA

Masala Kraft
Masala Kraft is a smaller Northfields restaurant and gives us the neighbourhood, home-style end of Ealing's Indian dining scene. It also currently carries an excellent 5.0 rating in local search results, although from a smaller review base than the longer-established restaurants.

Address: 54 Northfield Avenue, London W13 9RR

Papaya
Papaya broadens our journey into Sri Lankan and South Indian cooking. With more than 25 years in Ealing, it brings heritage and a different regional flavour to the episode, while its substantial local review history makes it a strong neighbourhood choice.

Address: 161 Northfield Avenue, London W13 9QT

Enjoy! 😂
