New £1.4m Learning and Employment Hub Opens in Ealing Broadway |

A new Learn Ealing adult learning and employment hub has opened in the heart of Ealing Broadway, creating a central location where residents can develop skills, gain qualifications and get support to progress into work.
The new facility began operating on 29 July 2026 from the ground-floor atrium of Perceval House. It forms part of the wider Learn Ealing network, which has been operating since its launch in Northolt in 2022.
Residents will be able to access courses covering English, maths, digital skills and ESOL, alongside family learning, creative arts and languages. Technology within the hub also allows learning sessions to be connected with other locations across the borough, extending access beyond Ealing Broadway.
The project represents an investment of £1.405 million, with £727,580 provided by Ealing Council and £677,420 from the Greater London Authority. The new Ealing Broadway centre builds on the experience of the existing Learn Ealing network. According to figures reported for the programme, it has already supported more than 1,000 residents, resulting in 2,566 qualifications and training outcomes since 2022.
There is also a strong employment focus. The ambition is not simply to provide classroom learning, but to help residents develop the skills and confidence required to access better employment opportunities, while helping local employers find people with the skills they need.
For Ealing residents considering a career change, returning to education or wanting to improve their English, maths or digital skills, the new hub provides another accessible route into learning right in the centre of the borough.
